Saint Boys Video

Chris had come to me last week and asked me to make a video about the Saint Boys Project. He wanted a video just showing an overview of the entire Project. This was going to be seen my most of their ministry and supporters. It was going to be used for his sister’s vacation bible school, which is highlighting Only Servants Ministry as their focus.

The Saint Boys Project is a part of Only Servants Ministries, who I am interning for this summer. The Saint Boys Project is centered in the slum of Kawangware, in Nairobi, Kenya. It is the 2nd biggest slum in Kenya. It is about 3 square kms and holds around 800,000 people. There are a lot of boys that live in the street of Kawangware. They are there because of dead parents, ran away from home from abusive parents,or were told to leave. Street boys are not accepted in the community, they are looked down upon from everyone. No one wants anything to do with them. The Saint Boys Project helps take them off the street. It helps educate them, which is a HUGE thing in Kenya, feeds them, and comforts them. It helps show the love of Christ to them, and helps them to be a normal kid again.

This is a video showing all about this project. All five of us helped work on this video as well as putting input on what we thought should be in it or how certain things should happen. I was put in charge of putting the whole video together as well as making the final calls on it.

After a lot of work put into this video I was able to finish it. I think it came out very very well. Here is a link to it.
